Extremely unprofessional!!! Went to drop off an Android box for repair in August. Was told it will take 2-3 weeks to be repaired, that they would contact my reseller to let us know it was ready (they put a piece of tape on the box with his info and what was wrong).After several weeks, our reseller went in for another issue and inquired about our box, they told him they didn't know what he was talking about.My sibling called them back with dates of the box being dropped and the make and model, was told that it would be ready by Thursday before Thanksgiving. I went in on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, they couldn't locate my original box in the system or anywhere in the store.They gave me a new box same make and model, but they had originally taken my power supply also, then turned around and charged me $20 for the power supply that was in the package with the new box.Horrible experience and I'll never do business with this business again.

I recently purchased a network rack, patch panel and some accessories for my new office. Easy process to order and great customer service. One small item was back ordered and they found a great alternative solution. Courier lost and item as well during delivery and as soon as I mentioned to Infinite Cables they sent a replacement item the next day no questions asked. Bravo on the dying art of customer service :-)

The quality of the products were great! The yoga set I purchased was stylish and well fitting. I would recommend maybe going one size up. The pants are a little bit too tight. The shipping took extremely long though unfortunately.

Terrible service. I was looking for some speakers wires. Found them online. Ordered on January 1st and the delivery option was 3-5 business days which was great. Until today the order shows being prepared to ship as if there's a recipe that they are discovering first before they ship an order. Can't be compared to Amazon's service at all.Called the call center yesterday and the agent was useless as if it was a robo call. Sir
